Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when trying Bambeautica. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please read the policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns for products purchased directly from bambeautica.com.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Unopened items may be returned within 60 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at info@bambeautica.com. Once we share the return address, your item must reach us within 7 business days.
Returns that arrive after this period may not be eligible for a refund.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@bambeautica.com.
We will replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you smoothly.


The Bambeautica 60 Day First Try Guarantee

We believe skincare deserves real time to work.

That’s why we give you a full 60 days to experience your product properly. We recommend using it consistently for at least 30 days to allow your skin to adjust and show visible results.

If between day 30 and day 60 you feel the product isn’t delivering the results you hoped for, simply reach out to us for a full refund.

No returns. No stress.

This guarantee applies to your first purchase of a specific product per household.

To request a refund, email us at info@bambeautica.com with your order number, and our team will take care of you.

Because trying something new should feel safe, not risky.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exclusions

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Orders placed with incorrect addresses

  • Items damaged due to customer handling
